News outlets are silent as officials have green-lit yet another "experimental study" in Puerto Rico.

PUERTO RICANCULTUREEXPERIMENTAL SUBJECTSUNJUST

Ok, at this point the entire world is aware of how the U.S. & local government is handling Puerto Rican citizens yet nothing is being done about any of it. Could it be that nothing can be done?!

As highlighted in the article "Puerto Ricans Are Being Used as Medical Guinea Pigs Again," the systemic exploitation of Puerto Ricans for medical experimentation reflects a real deep disregard for our autonomy and humanity.

The article asserts, "Puerto Ricans have historically been used as subjects in medical experiments, and this pattern continues in shocking ways." This sentiment underscores the anger and frustration felt by many who see their fellow citizens treated as mere test subjects rather than individuals deserving of respect and proper care. The government’s negligence regarding our health and well-being aggravates the already dire socio-economic conditions faced by the island's residents.

Such actions not only perpetuate harmful stereotypes but also highlight the hypocrisy embedded within U.S. governance—treating Puerto Ricans as second-class citizens while simultaneously benefiting from the resources of the island.

"Puerto Rico is part of the central Cordilleran arc, which extends from Cuba and Jamaica through Haiti and the Dominican Republic. A 2010 assessment estimated that the Central America and Caribbean Basin has over five times the number of undiscovered porphyry copper deposits than known deposits "

Last I checked: horrific acts of torture, murder and 'enforced disappearances' are categorized as crimes. So why, pray tell, hasn't the International Criminal Court (ICC) stepped in?! The happenings in Puerto Rico are without doubt crimes against humanity! The people in charge need to be replaced and it's up to us over here on the mainland. The U.S. citizens of Puerto Rican descent CAN AND SHOULD BE A HELL OF A LOT MORE INVOLVED. THIS is the only way that us as ordinary folk can help Boriken.

Systemic injustice is unacceptable and demands accountability. It's imperative that we advocate for the equitable treatment of Puerto Ricans, ensuring that their rights and dignity are upheld in all facets of life, including health care.

How can we help?! Donations will most definitely not reach the people. We need doers. Persons that are able to step up and take the reins. Here's a crazy idea— although totally possible: JLo, Ricky Martin, Rita Moreno, Michelle Rodriquez & especially Orlando Bravo, just to name a few...why don't they each pitch in a few million to get a rebuilding project going? Just show up with crews ready to boogie and build up Puerto Rico. Live stream it. See if local government intervenes then! Yup, just show up & get things done. What's the hold up?!

*Get involved & do a little background check on these politicians. It only takes a few minutes thanks to search engines. Our lives are being affected so we have to make more CONSCIOUS, INFORMED decisions.
UNANIMOUSLY VOTE the right people in! Red or blue shouldn't matter - as long as they're for the people!
